Roads we build.
Six ways to put your business where your customers are already looking. Pick one or pave the whole road.
-
AI visibility
Customers now ask ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s AI for recommendations. We make sure those tools can find your business, understand what you offer and describe it correctly.
- your site set up so AI assistants can read it
- your hours, services & location in a format AI can quote
- a regular check of what AI assistants say about you
-
Web design
A fast, clear site that makes it easy to call or book you, not just look good in a portfolio.
- custom design, no templates
- built for phones first, and fast
- booking & contact forms that are easy to finish
-
SEO
Show up when your customers search. We fix what stops Google reading your site and keep your local listings accurate.
- your Google Business Profile, set up & kept current
- research into what customers search & who shows up
- a monthly report on where you appear & what we changed
-
Ads
Paid search and social campaigns with one job: reaching people ready to call, within a budget you set.
- Google & Meta campaigns, run for you
- a landing page for each campaign
- a plain report of what you spent & what it brought in
-
Content
Articles, guides and stories that answer your customers’ questions and earn trust before they call.
- blog & guide writing
- email newsletters
- photography & case studies
-
Accessibility
Customers using a screen reader, a keyboard or bigger text still want to book. We find what breaks for them, fix it, and check the result against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- WCAG 2.2 AA review & fixes
- screen reader & keyboard testing
- verified with a fresh access)lens check
free tool: signal)lens checks how easily search engines and AI assistants can find and understand your website.

AI Overviews Are Eating Local Search Clicks: Here's What Coachella Valley Businesses Should Do
Google now answers many local questions itself, before anyone clicks. That's a threat to businesses that rely on ranking, and an opening for the ones who adapt first.
questions we get asked most
Why doesn’t my shop show up on ChatGPT?
Because AI assistants read what is written down about you, not how good your work is. If your Google Business Profile is thin, your listings disagree with each other across the web, and your website never answers the question a customer actually asks, there is nothing for the model to quote. Ads do appear alongside AI answers now, on Google’s AI Overviews and inside ChatGPT, but those are labeled placements sitting next to the answer, and both companies say they do not change what the assistant recommends. The mention itself is still earned rather than bought.
What is GEO?
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, is the work of getting your business named inside an AI-generated answer instead of ranked in a list of links. SEO earns you a position on a results page; GEO earns you a sentence in a recommendation. The foundations overlap heavily, which is why doing GEO properly tends to improve your Google rankings at the same time.
How does Google Business Profile affect AI visibility?
AI answers about local businesses lean on Google Business Profile data more than on almost any other single source, so a complete, accurately categorized profile is the cheapest AI visibility improvement available. Google allows one primary category plus nine secondary ones, and most businesses leave the secondaries half-configured. Your hours, service area and services should match your website exactly, because contradictions make an assistant less willing to name you.
