Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This site is designed and tested for, among other things:
- full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators
- screen-reader compatibility: semantic headings, landmarks, labeled controls and text alternatives for images
- sufficient color contrast throughout
- respect for reduced-motion preferences: animations are disabled for visitors who opt out in their system settings
- layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small screens and at high zoom levels
How we test
We audit the site with automated tooling (axe-core and Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we re-test as new content and features ship.
