Social media for local businesses.

Social media rarely makes the sale. What it does is keep you in the picture during the long stretch between one visit and the next, so that when someone finally needs a mechanic, a dentist or a landscaper, yours is the name already in their head. That is a real job, and it is worth doing properly or not at all.

What social is actually for

For a local business, social does three things. It keeps existing customers warm, which is far cheaper than finding new ones. It proves you exist and are active, which is the first thing a stranger checks after they find you and before they call. And it feeds the wider picture the internet has of your business, including the picture AI assistants build when someone asks them for a recommendation.

What it is not is a follower contest. A shop with 400 local followers who live within ten miles is worth more than one with 10,000 who will never drive here.

What we run

A calendar, not a scramble. Posts planned a month at a time around what actually happens in your business: the season, the promotion, the new hire, the job you are proud of. Scheduled in advance so a busy week does not create a three-week silence.

On-brand graphics and short video. Consistent look, readable on a phone, made from your real work rather than stock photography. Short vertical video where it fits, because it is what the platforms currently push hardest.

Community and messages. Comments answered, direct messages answered, and the review that arrives at 9pm on a Saturday responded to like a person wrote it. Most local businesses lose more customers to unanswered messages than to bad posts.

Reporting that means something. Reach and engagement are inputs. What we report on is whether the profile is sending people to the site, to the phone, and through the door.

How the road gets built

01 / Discover. Who the customer is, what they already respond to, which platforms are worth your time and which are a tax. For most local businesses that is one or two platforms done well, not five done badly.

02 / Plan. A content plan with recurring themes, so we are never inventing from scratch and you are never asked "what should we post today?"

03 / Build. We produce, schedule and publish. You approve at whatever level of detail you want, from every post to a monthly glance.

04 / Grow. We keep what works, drop what does not, and report on what it produced.

How this connects to being found

Active, consistent profiles are one of the signals that make a business look real to both search engines and AI assistants. Your profiles are also part of your entity: the same name, the same categories and the same links, everywhere, is what lets these systems connect the dots and treat you as one recognizable business rather than several loose mentions. Social is not an SEO strategy, but neglected social quietly weakens one. See AI visibility for how those signals fit together.

Built for the Coachella Valley

A valley with two seasons and two audiences: residents who are here all year and visitors who arrive for a weekend, an event or the winter. The content that works on a local in August is not the content that works on a visitor in February, and a calendar built here should reflect that.
